There are many opportunities to go deeper into your spiritual practice through small groups, study groups, and spiritual deepening programs.
UU Wellspring Program
The UU Wellspring program in spiritual deepening is being offered again this spring and next fall. The group will meet the second and fourth Tuesday of every month, beginning February 28 through May. The curriculum is available at the back of the Sanctuary for your review. For additional information, contact Sue Bender, sbender@skidmore.edu.
The Wellspring Program at UUCSS is designed for participants to deepen their spiritual journey. The program provides opportunities to explore UU history and belief structures and to consider the meaning of the UU faith in our lives. On Sunday, January 8, three Wellspring graduates spoke to the congregation about their experience in the program. Click here to read a transcript of their talk.
Small Group Ministry
Small group ministry offers a way for groups of six to eight people to get to know each other better and to discuss ideas related to Unitarian Universalism. Most groups meet twice a month. Meetings involve an opening chalice lighting and reading, time to talk about what has been happening in our lives, and a topic for discussion. To join a small group, contact Aaron Broadwell (g.broadwell@gmail.com), coordinator for Small Group Ministry at UUCSS.
